1. Please be sure to REGISTER before or after you have paid for your discounted pass. You must do both.

3. Please note, discount passes are nonrefundable. Transfers are possible only before April 14th.

Refunds and Transfers
We do not offer refunds or transfers to another year. Pass transfers are allowed to another 2023 attendee up to April 16th, 2023. Transfers are not permitted after April 16th, 2023.
Housing
Housing is not offered by Bal Week. We encourage attendees to use our Facebook Bal Week Housing Page where attendees can coordinate rental shares and contact locals for hosting.
