If you are interested in volunteering at Bal Week, you may send an email with the Subject 'Volunteer' to balweekny@gmail.com.

Refunds and Transfers

We do not offer refunds or transfers to another year. Pass transfers are allowed to another 2025 attendee up to March 15, 2025. Transfers are not permitted after March 15, 2025. To transfer your pass, please email us at: balweekny@gmail.com. Include the new pass holders full name and the pass they will taking (the email and name attached to the original purchase).

Housing

Housing is not offered by Bal Week directly. We encourage attendees to use our Facebook  Bal Week Housing Page where attendees can coordinate rental shares and contact locals for hosting. You can also check out our accommodation page for hotel offers.
